We currently ship to most countries globally, including:

  • 🇪🇺 Europe (EU countries + select neighboring regions)

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please reach out to us at support@petyzoom.com  we may still be able to ship to you.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and order weight.

We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions  subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (especially in Canada and the EU), local customs authorities may impose duties, VAT, or import taxes. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.


Tracking Information

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to become visible.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

To help avoid issues, please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Refused deliveries

  • Unclaimed packages

Returned items may incur restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges.
